Silent Sustained Reading every day for comprehension, speed, and personal literary exploration. Students must bring their personal selection books to read every day of class! This is a very important part of a student's grade. Always come to class prepared to read great books that you love and are perfect just for you!
We will use our journals every day to record our reading progress and to explore ideas related to our books, reading, language arts, and any other interesting topic worth writing about.
